Old School Runescape players are on another level, man. The game’s flooded with zero-sum games where the house always wins: yet compared to the person who gathered 1 million of the same crappy fish, this is small pennies. Despite this, I’m still somehow surprised whenever somebody goes so far out of the way just to prove a point.
As is the case with user lcarusLives on the game’s subreddit (thanks, Gamesradar) who—in what can only be either a stunning feat of stubbornness or a stern belief that crime doesn’t pay—has spent over 149 hours picking at least 13,500 fruit, all to obtain this funny little raccoon guy on their farmer purist account.

THQ Nordic has been very quiet about Titan Quest 2 since its reveal last year. That was probably wise—after almost 20 years’ wait since the first game, there’s a lot of pressure on new developer Grimlore Games to get this right. But we have now been treated to a new look at the game in action, and it’s looking… well, pretty good, but also a lot like Diablo 4.
As in the first game, it’s a classic action-RPG with a couple of major twists. The first is there’s no class system—instead, you build your hero by choosing two “masteries” (sets of themed abilities), making every character a hybrid. For the sequel, that idea has been expanded on with unique synergies for each possible pair of masteries, more firmly cementing that sense of creating your own class.<…
Palworld has taken off—with a huge player count that’s set Steam records, its own controversies surrounding unfortunate game mechanics, and AI worries. Now it has an updated roadmap, as posted to the game’s official Discord server this morning.
The top priority for developer Pocketpair appears to be bug fixes, like stopping your save rolling itself back—or the game hiccuping on loading screens. Improvements to the AI and pathing of Pals have been promised, which is neat.
I took the game for a spin yesterday, and ran into a problem where I set my base down next to a cliff, which caused all my captured pals to spawn in the geometry. Junji Ito’s The Enigma of Amigara Fault is a great piece of horror, but I don’t want it replicated in my silly Pokémon…
Quickly blaze a path to a magnificent Wordle win with today’s answer—it’s only a quick click away, after all. Or, if you’d rather take your time, feel free to spend a while pondering our helpful clue for the January 14 (939) puzzle. Whatever helps you win your daily game: the way you want to win it, is fine by us.
I was able to quickly rule out a lot of letters early on today, which is another way of saying “I had two rows that were almost entirely grey and had a little panic about it”. This soon turned out to be a pretty helpful situation, with today’s Wordle answer revealing itself with just a few more careful guesses.

The answer to today’s Wordle is only a quick click away, allowing you to save a scrappy game in record time, or simply skip straight to that sweet, sweet, win. Rather take your time, but still don’t want to lose? Then you might want to take a look at the clue for the December 10 (904) game, designed to help without handing you the word on a plate.
Today’s game was an odd case of opposites, every letter I hoped would turn green was grey, and the ones I wasn’t expecting to be all that useful ended up being the key to my Wordle success. It almost feels like I’ve won in the “wrong” way somehow, but as my win streak doesn’t seem to mind, I won’t complain about it.

Saber Interactive has acknowledged the leak, and says the build is almost a year old: “We’re saddened that this build, which will be almost a year old by the time we launch, is how some of our most eager fans will first experience Space Marine 2.”
A roughly 70 gigabyte build of upcoming action game Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 was uploaded to a piracy website on Sunday, seemingly leaking what may be a complete version of the game nearly two months before launch.
According to a post on 4chan’s /v/ message board (as noticed by Insider Gaming), the build dates to June 20, 2024. If accurate, it would essentially be the finished version of Space Marine 2—on July 9, publisher Focus Entertainment announced that the game had gone gold. PC Gamer can c…
In just over a week, leaked copies of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom have caused a degree of chaos that even Ganon would be impressed with.
In late April, I spoke with developers behind the Switch emulators Yuzu and Ryujinx about the likelihood of their emulators being able to run Tears of the Kingdom shortly after launch. The prognosis was optimistic. But then the game leaked well ahead of launch, putting the developers—as well as Nintendo—in a tense and volatile situation.
The emulation teams have forbidden all discussion of running Tears of the Kingdom from their Discord servers—Yuzu only allows vague discussion of the contents of the game, but requests for help or discussion of performance quickly earns chatters a deleted message and…
What with next-generation GPUs like Nvidia’s Blackwell-based cards rumored to be right around the corner, you might be wondering if now’s a good time to buy a new graphics card at all. After all, if new models are coming soon, what’s the point in laying down your money now when hot new silicon is likely coming at the end of this year?
Well, if tradition serves, what we’re likely to see in terms of GPU releases this year are the top two models, i.e. what we’re presuming to be called the RTX 5090 and RTX 5080. Usually, mid-range and lower-end cards take a lot longer to appear, and it’s very likely that we won’t be seeing an RTX 5070 or similar until this time next year.
There’s a lot of gaming to be done in the meantime, then. And you’ll be wanting something plenty powerful …
I don’t want to name names, but I know for certain there’s someone out there who’s still putting in their gaming hours on a years-old 1080p workhorse. That’s because it’s me. I’m names. Sure, my rig is more than capable of handling a higher resolution, but whenever I’ve considered the cost of upgrading, I find myself wondering: How many more pixels could I really need?
Generally, I’m not predisposed towards extravagance. Am I not content with my lot in life and in monitors? Usually, but when Amazon Prime Day drops a 180Hz, 1440p IPS panel for $170, even I’m tempted.

IRM Energy shares listed a 5.49% discount over the IPO price amidst weak market sentiments. On the NSE, the stock debuted at Rs 477.25, compared to the Rs 505 issue price, while on the BSE, it listed at Rs 479
“Despite strong subscription demand for its ipo, IRM Energy listing was below street expectations mainly on the back of secondary market mood. Given the mood of the market Mid cap and small cap stocks are under pressure. Conservative investors should look to book losses given the market mood while risky seekers can hold for long term,” said Prashanth Tapse, Senior VP (Research), Mehta Equities.
